Collective Epic LLC d/b/a Epic Online Notary uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information, notarial records, recordings, identity-verification evidence, payment data, and platform integrity.

Controls

Controls may include encryption, access controls, multi-factor authentication, vendor review, audit logs, least-privilege access, incident response, backups, legal-hold controls, and monitoring.
