Common Issues

  • Identity verification failed: Make sure your ID is well-lit, in focus, and matches the information you provided. If issues persist, contact support.
  • Document upload issues: Documents must be in PDF format and under 25MB. Ensure the file is not password-protected.
  • Session disconnected: Check your internet connection and rejoin using the link from your confirmation email. Session progress is saved automatically.
